Yes! If you don't use your included support time it will automatically be rolled over for up to 6 months. This means that when we come to do your 6 month review meeting, you'll already have some time in the bank for us to complete any changes or updates needed.

Yes absolutely. If your site has been hacked you need to get it cleaned and secured as soon as possible.

We like to check in with our clients at least every 6 months to discuss how your website is performing and what your plans are. This gives us a chance to review the site with you, make sure everything’s up-to-date, working as it should, and attracting the right people. We can also make suggestions for improvements, or put forward new ideas that could produce even more powerful outcomes.

Yes, all of our plans include premium quality, UK based cloud hosting. Our servers are based in the UK with full UK support - we've used a lot of hosting companies over the years and our current provider is the best we've come across.

We always recommend that you use our website hosting - the quality of hosting services varies wildly and we can be 100% confident in the hosting we provide. Hosting is also included in all of our WordPress support plans and we'll even migrate your site  to our lightening fast, UK based hosting servers for free. Having said that, if you prefer to use your own hosting, that's fine. We will need full access to your server though in case we need to investigate any issues as part of our regular updates and maintenance.
